Article 5: Delivery

Digital products are delivered electronically to the email address provided at checkout. For any physical products (if applicable), delivery will be made to the address provided by the client at the time of order. Delivery risks transfer to the customer once products have left our facilities. In the case of a lost package, we will make reasonable efforts to replace or refund the item per our warranty terms.

Article 6: Waiver of Refund and Cooling-Off Period
